1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Click on 'Subscription' then Cancel Subscription
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation. Your access will remain active until End of Billing Period
- You will receive a confirmation email.

2. Effective Cancellation Date
- Immediate Access You retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- After Billing Period Ends Your account will automatically revert to the free plan, and you will lose access to premium features.
- Your Data Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate by resubscribing. After that, data is permanently deleted unless required by law.
- Future Charges No additional charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
3. Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility criteria.
4. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases, you will not receive a refund unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

7. Account Deletion
Cancellation Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. To delete your account and all associated data, please use the 'Delete Account' feature in Settings or contact support.
